I chose Gallegos Plumbing after reading reviews and noting “reasonable and fair” pricing. It was my first time using them. I had a leak in the master bathroom toilet. It is a European style with the water tank/chamber behind the wallboard. It required cutting a section to see the tank, and found a serious leak in a pipe connection. Junior came on time, discovered the problem, called the toilet manufacturer, came a second time to find serial numbers, found a solution, and is now preparing an estimate to fix it. He corresponds by text, cell phone, and email. Junior has been extremely responsive and professional. The company uses technology to keep me informed and to post costs. I highly recommend Gallegos Plumbing for routine or emergency problems.

2 stars. Problem was a slow flushing toilet, had to push the handle multiple times to get a thorough flush. Plumber came, nice guy, pleasant, engaging, spent about half an hour flushing the toilet and another toilet for comparison. Determined that the problem could be, but not certain, scale buildup deep in the bowl. Poured a liquid something or other, waited 10 minutes and flushed the toilet. Definite improvement, but not complete. He had no more liquid to pour in the bowl for a second dose. We talked about getting some more. Total bill $175. The toilet doesn’t work all the way and I have to get my own descaling liquid. Not 100% thrilled with this. If Gallegos reads this, maybe they should drop by and leave another jug of the product on my doorstep. We will see. UPDATE!!!!!! Now a solid 5 STARS. I have a philosophy, you do not learn about companies (or people) when things go right, but you learn when things go wrong. How does a company (or person) handle a bad or negative situation? That is when the true inner company is exposed. Same with a person. In this case, superbly. Within a few hours of my first report, I received a call asking for more details. THEY CARE! Next day another person came out, had a bit of a different approach and the repair went perfectly. As well, I learned a lot about toilets, I will spare you the details. So yeah, I would definitely use Gallegos Plumbing again, and I would highly recommend them to others. THEY CARE, they will work to make sure the customer is satisfied and the job is done correctly and that to me is the sign of a good company. Kudos to them.

Wow! Outstanding service. I called about getting a natural gas generator hookup installed, and they were out here the next day and got it done. They gave a 2 hr window and were here on time. Anthony, the plumber, was friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned up some of the shoddy work done by the previous owner as well. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Excellent service on time and fast turnaround in my budget—very professional. They replaced/fixed my upstairs bathtub overflow leak issue that caused a lot of damage to my ceiling. Needed to cut drywall, but they were very careful with minimal disruption. I’ll use Gallegos again for any other plumbing needs.

Thank you, guys, for answering so fast to my desperate call. I knew that a leak in the slab was going to be an expensive affair, but between your leak detector guy and the personnel who came by to place the new PEX line, especially Francisco, and their follow-up advice, everything was made much easier, even though State Farm refused to help pay for anything whatsoever. These insurance companies are all about taking your money, but unlike Gallegos Plumbing, when it comes to support the people who pay their bills, when the need comes, they're nowhere to be found. Disgusting what State Farm does to its customers. They need to learn from Gallegos Plumbing. Thanks again, guys.

First of all, customer service from Julie is very professional and efficient. She was able to get someone to the house within one day. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Richie, who came to the house to help with the clogged toilet. He also quickly double-checked both of our shower drains and helped loosen/remove the screws on the decorative metal plate over the shower drains that were stuck. Gave us some good advice about drain maintenance and how to unclog the toilet in the future if we wanted to try it on our own.
